Why was Taylor in for so long?

I am not really worried about how long he played. If Nicholls had been getting a great pass rush and was knocking him on his a$$ all day, then yes, he should of been pulled earlier. But he was never really in a position to get hurt.

All you need is one rush, one strange play and there goes your season. To me it makes no difference if they were getting a good rush or not, it is just the fact that he was in there so long. People can disagree, and I am just glad nothing did happen to him.

That stuff could happen at any time. Heck, he could be standing on the sideline and someone could be hit into him and he tears his ACL. A person never knows when something like that is going to happen. When you start worrying about injuries, you stop thinking about the game. We still need Zac to get in a rythem with Herian, Purify and some others in a game atmosphere.

As I said earlier, we can disagree, but I think we can agree that it was good that he didn't get injured and can now turn to preperation for USC.

It doesn't matter because NOTHING happened to him. If he got hurt then this talk would mean something, but he didn't so I could care less why he was in there.

Maybe Callahan was making sure he beat the 34 1/2 point spread. :corndance
Maybe that was part of it. Last week we dropped a position in the poll after we won by a huge margin. If we drop any more this week we could drop out of the polls all together if we lose next week.

I think BC left ZT in so long in order to gain rythem and rotate the backs and receivers.

It was a scrimmage. It was practice for the O.
