Why work for Mrs. Al Davis?

Can someone explain to me why any qualified coach would want to work for Al Davis. Almost everyone in the last 15 years has been fired or ran away! If the owner doesn't get to you as HC, the premadonna players will. Just ask BC! Davis still owes Shanahan $250K in unpaid comp.

i am just scared he is gonna take ken whisenhunt from pittsburgh... first of all he is a great coordinator but he is in no way a head coach... i would take russ grimm from the steelers b4 whisenhunt... i would never wanna work for him, thats just me though. whisenhunt wouldnt know wat to do either imo. just hope he stays in pittsburgh
