Wide Receivers Today

Interesting article from one of the coaches this week regarding our wide receivers. After seeing at LEAST 6 dropped passes and fumbles today I'm not as positive as this article would indicate we should be. Overall there is a LOT of talent now and in the future and HCBP will get them refocused.

To be fair a few of the drops were on TEs. But overall, had we kept our hands on the football we would be lauding the WRs performance today.

He was on fire today. I thought the receivers played well though, other than the fumbles. Hang onto the ball!

Reminds me of all the runningback fumbles Nebraska had Solichs first year.

That is an excellent point. Holt and Peterson both gave up TO's. Swift almost had a TO in the first half. I think Holt also had a near miss. A lot of issues holding onto the ball today.
