Wilbon or Avery (OR both)

It seems like we have a pretty good shot with both Mikale Wilbon and Corey Avery. If both want to come to UNL do we take them both? If not, which one would you guys prefer?

If you can get both, you take both. Abdullah is gone after this year. Cross may or may not be feature back his Senior year. Newby and Taylor will be there but if they become as good as people believe, they could be gone after their Junior years. Plus injuries happen. Attrition happens.

I think if we still had green or heard, we might be able to be choosy, but since they left, I wouldn't mind taking both. Get another DE and OT and I think we'll have a good class.

Larenzo Stewart will be one of the fastest backs in the BIG10, unless you are counting him as a slot guy.

Seeing as we are grabbing lots of receivers, I would think Stewart will be a rb. Avery seems a lot like Abdullah in that he is fast but can still take (and give) hits. So in that way i think he is different from Stewart (pure blazing speed).

Huskers canceled RB Taurus Phillips visit this weekend. This must mean good news about Corey Avery or Mikale Wilbon (maybe even Kalen Ballage).

I think they will use him as both. Much like Oregon did with DeAnthony Thomas and what OSU does with Dontre Wilson.
