A police chase in Tomah, Washington ended in a deadly shootout.

The Monroe County District Attorney has determined four Tomah police officers acted appropriately last month when they killed a man who shot at them during a traffic stop.

28-year-old Seth M. McCloskey of Ohio. who was wanted for another drive-by shooting in the area: was fatally wounded following a police chase. He had earlier calmly exited his truck and started shooting at an officer, whose webcam caught all of the action.

As cops returned fire McCloskey tried to get back in his truck, which was rolling because he had not put it in park. When he enters the vehicle car glass can be seen shattering as police fired at the vehicle. He was fatally wounded and declared dead at the scene.

Got damn they let loose.

As the old saying goes " you reap what you sow" sorta.

Why does anyone think they have the upper hand when 5-6 police vehicles are in close pursuit and the perp gets out and starts shooting. idk

there are times where it's hard to refute darwin :D

When you fire at an officer, they will absolutely unload on you, that is what they are taught to do. My dad is a police officer and I hope that they kill anyone that shoots at someone doing their job.

Call me what you want to call me, but i am glad this guy is dead.

In the past 18 months we have lost a Deputy Sheriff at a Corrections Officer at the State Pen. A trajic loss in both cases. Shoot fast, shot straight and don't give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I know several HB members are in law enforcement, God Bless you guys and stay safe.

4 years ago state certifications started making it mandatory that officers now have to qualify by shooting two to the chest and one to the head. That was some fine shooting by the Officer! Good Guys 1 - Bad Guys 0

I read the incident report online...very sad story. The Jail I work at we all got a card and everybody added $5 to the card. When it was all said and done we mailed the letter with roughly around $120 and we all signed our names.

The church was SRO for the funeral. Too bad we can't take the 2 dirt bags out and string them up. Instead the state will have to feed them till they decide to die.
