Will Niles Paul be healthy vs Washington?

Washington? I was planning on going to the bowl game, not anymore. This is completely deflating; I wouldn't be surprised if the team came out flat.

 
I dont think it matters if Niles is healthy if Martinez doesn't get rid of the ball! They should just pass out of a 1 wide receiver, that way Martinez has more blocking to look at only that 1 receiver.
