Will NU be ranked by the end of the season?

You guys think that NU will be ranked by either the end of the season or the end of the bowl season. And if so, what place

Even if we are ranked at the end of the season, we won't even sniff next year's preseason polls. We lose too many valuable players for the media to think we'll be better.

Werent we ranked in 05 after we beat Michigan?? We were 24th or 25th or something and 8-4. So I would assume 9-4 and beating someone good or decent could get us ranked. But we still have to play two more games so we'll see once we get our bowl game.

Eh, preseason polls mean absolutely jack in the end.

i think they'll crack the top 25 after Colorado if they beat them bad enough... but two more wins ending up with a 9-4 record and a five game winning streak should put them in the top 25 for sure
