Maybe this is kind of arbitrary, but I'm going to say that if there isn't some official "Yes, there will be some kind of B1G football this fall" announcement by Friday that it isn't happening.

There's all kinds of supposed smoke with zero fire. If they don't at least form another makeshift schedule out of the teams that do vote to play it is some serious mismanagement of the situation.
