Affecting, not effecting. But yeah, you're right. They're being too ticky-tack for their own good...but I think part of that is a mandate from above. IIRC, illegal formation call emphasis is something they're all supposed to be doing this year.

Penalties adding up again. These penalties are keeping wisconsin in the game. Come on guys. Every time we start to shift the field position some, they blow it with a penalty or something.

Kick returns still not getting us any real difference.

 
Can't resist throwing on first down even though there is too much wind to punt. Where is the TA run? Wiscy is terrified that TA will take off.

 
There ya go Cethan. TE's are supposed to be strong and physical and able to break tackles. That's the first one you've broke all year, good to see.
