Is it just me or do they make these lists like every other year? It seems like I see these all the time and they want to rip on Crouch for it every time. Give it a rest media!

The fault I find with it is they tend to base their decision in part on the players ability (or lack thereof) to play in the NFL.

Yeah, no kidding...I mean if it wasn't based on that then Crouch wouldn't be dissed for it. His dominant efforts earned him that trophy.

I was really young during the 95 season, but have seen the highlights many times from that season. Should have Frazier won the Heisman, or did Eddie George deserve it? I know if it would have been voted after the national title, Frazier would have won it, with that 199 rushing yard performance against Florida. So, should George be on this list as well?
