That is one of the prime examples of why I trust rivals over the insiders. Insiders tends to be behind much of the time. They get there info a day or two later most of time. WHy the rating??? Your guess is as good as mine

 
He is now looking again, Nebraska is a small possibility. With the coaching change at Florida, he decided to visit again. An Nu visit is not set up, but possible.

Consider him a soft commit to Flolrida
