WR Julian Fleming -> Penn State

This is a tough one, he technically broke the law. But his attorney made a good point, "this prosecution does nothing to advance the interests of anyone".

Not sure how to feel about it.

Terrible, unfortunate situation.

I would be fine seeing a DUI prosecution but those of us that have hit deer completely sober realize it is a freak accident. Many times there is nothing you can do to avoid it. I'm guessing the guy is devastated that this happened and throwing the book at him during this tragedy doesn't do anything for anyone, as you and the attorney have pointed out.
