WR Khalil Tate [Arizona Commit]

USC is the only other school not recruiting him as a true QB. They want him as an "athlete" which I assume means they're saying he'll get a shot at QB but will likely end up elsewhere.

Most everyone is recruiting him at QB which is where he wants to play. We're the only school who says we want him at WR.

Yep. Sounds like he's receptive to what Riley and Williams are pitching, as a wideout. Not 100% set in stone, but if he does take OVs Nebraska is most likely to get one.
