I find it hard to believe he has had Zero contact with the staff

I dont think it would be too hard to believe as i dont think there was much if any contact with him and the previous staff.

Why hasn't he reached out to either staff?

And wasn't Warren his lead recruiter? Not like a different coach is in charge of him. I'd say if the staff has not contacted him by now you might as well get used to the fact he is not coming to Nebraska.

My guess: he was told quite awhile ago that he has quite a bit of academic work to get cleaned up and he should get back to us when he qualifies.

Rivals shows he had interest in us and Georgia St. so that could be a likely destination. No knowledge of the situation just a guess.
