Sean Callahan on Rivals says that Nunn and Swift are solid number 1's going into the season. I truely feel if Nunn does not become more consistent, he will be passed by. He drops entirely too many passes or trips and falls so much. He has some great moments and it seems his great plays occur when he doesn't have time to think. On punt returns when he has to make split second cuts, but on pass routes he sees the ball coming in and questions his ability to catch it. That and the fact he catches every damn pass with his body instead of his hands. Swift is a shoe in, Nunn, in my opinion will have a difficult time holding on, unless he makes changes to his game.

How about any of the incoming players, do they present a major challenge to the starters? They were coming along well in the late stages of the 05' season. Franz Hardy? With Herian back in the mix, I would imagine he will be one of Taylor's favorite targets.

Funny Eric talked about Nunn's case of the dropsies, then the next poster brings up another player with an even worse case.

JMO, but the top three WR's will be Swift, Nunn and Spain. Nunn and Spain will push each other quite a bit for PT.

I don't really want to bring up any of the new guys, especially Purify, Holt, etc., right now. They are physically gifted, but that means SQUAT right now. The WCO is based alot around timing, route precision and understanding of the WCO. I'm sure they have both studied the playbook some, but without getting their timing down with Zac and the offense, it will be tough for them to push anyone for PT.

As of right now i'd say that Nunn and Swift are locks but there's no way to tell until everyone gets there. From what i'm hearing about Spain and Purify they should push for the starting spots.

Funny how we all forgot about Brooks from St. Louis who was supposed to be starting last year. I'm not counting on any of those new guys playing until they can learn the offense and I see them in person.

Brooks will be a big question mark until he actually makes a catch. Nunn can raise the level of his game if he can find a cure for alligator-arm-itis.
