Coach Papuchis is from Maryland, and he pulled in Jason Ankrah who was pretty highly recruited so you never know. But, if he pulled Diggs to Nebraska there should be a statue erected in front of Memorial Stadium for Coach JP.

 
he is good, but he owes his teamates a huge debt. Excellent blocking from the entire team.

His first step on pash rushing is also very good! I could see him as a CB and punt returner with his size and raw talent.
