WR this weekend

I was honestly very glad to read this. let's sit some "square pegs" and not to beat the dead horse some more but you can't help but think doing more zone reads, changing to recievers used to catching cody's throws ..........dun dun dun it sounds possible but not getting my hopes too high.

Already covered in at least two other threads. But thanks anyway.

This forum would be about 20x easier to read if people would read previous threads before posting..

Lol yes this news story has been linked 4 times as far as I know of in the last few days..

Problem is a lot of times the story is linked to but in the middle of another thread. I just don't post anything new anymore. Someone else will.

Yep. I haven't posted a new thread in ages. Someone always starts it, and then someone else does, and someone else, and someone else...

Brooks is unfortunately not making the trip.

Expect to see Paul, Kinnie, Cooper and possibly Marlowe getting lots of snaps early in the game at WR.

Actually a 3 wide set with Paul, Kinnie and Cooper could be pretty solid, then use Robinson between the tackles a bit more and you know who at QB.

Almost sounds...sparky

The last time that I posted a new thread, two other threads on the same topic sprung up before I could finish my post. Lesson learned. LOL Now I just sit in the weeds and wait for 'em to pop up.

If we come out in a three wide spread set and run the zone read with Lee I'm gonna freak out. If we come out and try to run power with heavy sets then I'm fine with Lee getting the nod.

I meant the other quarterback

after a real strong start cure has really been....flat. I hope he gets out of that funk, actually i hope all our receivers get it together.

What good would having Meno on the scout team if this is his last year?
Light a fire under his a$$.

the scout team isn't just for young guys, its for anyone that isn't good enough (or is being RS'd) to be on the first or second team squads.

They are sending him a message.

I think Niles should be sent to the scout team for a while too. At least until he pulls his head out. And I still don't know why he is returning punts....he cant catch a spiral....so you can't really expect him to catch a wobbling punt.

You have to take baby steps with Gilmore. First it was recruiting and the realization of what was wrong there. Then it was realizing Brooks and Cooper needed more PT. Now he's realizing Meno is worthless. Next will hopefully be the lifetime demotion of Niles Paul.

Give him a full year. He'll get it right by the time bowl week rolls around.
