He probably looked at that and said well it's my only major offer close to home so I need to secure a spot so I don't lose it... but then again, I doubt Washington State is going to fill up soon.

 
I could definitely see the appeal of playing receiver for mike leach, but that is odd. I'm going to go ahead and guess that this commit doesn't stick if anyone, including us, stays after him. Could very well be a reservation commitment.

 
He says he's still hoping/trying to go to BRW. Wazzou does sound like a reservation commit. As the recruiting cycle continues to speed-up we'll see more guys hold a spot while they continue to evaluate their options. If he comes it wouldn't surprise me if we turn him.

 
If he is one of those guys who just commits until a better offer comes along then I prefer not to have him. We are in on better receivers anyway

Being a WR with an opportunity to play for Leach is probably a factor.
