I couldn't agree with you more. Kinda feels like the staff is experimenting with personnel packages. Don't know what happened to the flanker screen.

Pearlman needs to be fired first. he's the guy who hired Pederson and Eichorst and then expecting Tom to fix his blunders. Problem is Tom probably wont take the job this time. Harvey Pearlman is the one to be canned...

It may only be 1 year, but Coach is gonna have to do some staff reevaluation after this year. Stewart is definitely going to have to be a guy that gets looked at. This DB play is inexcusably poor in technique, especially for a major college football team.

ST needs to be reevaluated, especially given the resources ($$$) being put into that coaching position. For the amount we are paying, are we getting a return with the play and recruiting of Coach Read?

RB also needs to be reevaluated. Davis' substitution pattern is just insane, and has been all year.
