Thanks Virginian. Was watching that game on Root here in northern colorado , was flipping to uga-usc, then came back and it was gone.....

 
Wyoming had only 564 yards total offense. The Pokes started slow with no scores in the first quarter.

I don't think anyone here is going to talk down the Pokes. They played a fantastic game last week, maybe even better than most gave them credit for. I hope you win out, your kids show never say quit attitudes. Keep the wins coming.

 
I always kind of cheer for the pokes. I grew up in the panhandle and my grandma used to take us to a Wyo game every year when I was little. I've been to more cowboy games than husker games. I taught there as a sabbatical replacement this last school year too....and it doesn't hurt that the better you do the better we look.

remember watching wyo give texas a run for their money awhile back. think they would have beaten them this year.

Always kind of liked the Pokes too....kind of like a little brother...it's OK for us to beat them, but will cheer for them against most others. Besides..the did give us the Bob Father....for which we will always be thankful. And they have some class fans...like The Virginian.
