Cally has tried to make us a running team all seaon, and we have me\ade huge strides, but not against top D's. hopefully another year and another recruiting class can help us take that next step.

the good news is we are moving in the right direction as a team.

 
Ran a helluva lot better than OU's vaunted attack.

Of course, when you see C. Grixby out there against your best WR, why run?

 
Consistency seems to be what is lacking the most. A string of good plays then some missed blocks. Lucky was making some good runs after the short screen with his speed. Did anyone hear about BJ's hand??

Is this total including the yards lossed from sacks? Remember, sacks count against rushing yards, which is kind of ridiculous. The running game wasnt all that bad.

actually the sacks are in there, but so is the zack taylor long scramble.....

take out the taylor runs and the long run we are still at 3 yards a pop

 
Agreed the running game has improved. That can also be attributed to improvement to the O-Line. They'll get to fine tune for the Bowl game. The extra practices will be good.
