Your 2024 Nebraska Cornhuskers

Oh...when someone said "from Colorado", I was thinking he was a transfer.

Funny that you mention CU. This kid trains at Matt McChesney's facility (CU alum) and their fans are mad that he "lets" these kids from Colorado go to Nebraska. As if he controls their futures

This guy is challenging people to fights on Twitter lol

HH any better than emergency 4th string QB means we don't like to learn or plan well.

I expect him to improve with a full year actually being taught the QB position. And considering we only have 3 scholarship QBs and 2 are true freshman, Haarberg will be no lower than 3rd. I'm not excited about seeing him play QB again either, but I think it's reasonable to project that he could become a passable backup option.

Three handoffs, punt or maybe a couple first downs.  The moment we have that kid trying to read a D and throw is nightmarish.

I don't see Prochazka ever being the guy at LT.  He has not been good in the time he has played, when he has been healthy enough to be on the field.  I believe he was healthy at the end of the year in 23 and wasn't on the field, that should tell you what the staff feels about him.

I am also in the "get HH as as far away from the depth chart as possible" camp.  We should be playing DK before putting HH back in, there would be little difference and DK would be getting game reps to improve then.  HH should be moved back to the TE room, or even tried at LB maybe. Kid is an athlete, no doubt there, but simply is not a QB. Nothing wrong with that.

If Haarberg sees the field as a QB next year on anything more than a 'starter's helmet got knocked off so he has to sit out a snap' situation, it would mean that something has gone horribly, disastrously wrong.

Completely agree with this.  If there are snaps to be had, they need to go to DK.  And, if that happens, it sure would be nice if it were just in 4 games.  But, I still wouldn't put HH in just to preserve DKs redshirt.

Rolling into next season with two true freshman and HH for QB scares me a bit. Kinda hope they get a portal guy post spring. Doesn’t have to be a world beater, just a guy for depth.
