Was I the only one that that had an "oh s#!t" moment when I watched Nelson go down holding his leg in the state championship game on Saturday?

There seemed to be an inordinate number of in-game injuries at state basketball this year.

He got back up pretty quickly so I wasn't too worried.  I hope it doesn't screw up his whole track season, like it did last year.

Not sure what position he's going to play but Norfolk's Rowdy Bauer went 24-3 in the long jump the other day.  That's top 15 in the country.

He's also ran 10.99 in the 100.  At 190 pounds.
