Zac sets passing record.

With 267 yards passing tonight Zac has now set the career passing record with 5242 yards. David Humm is second with 5035 yards. Humm set the record over three seasons (72,73,74) and he had an efficiency rating of 131.7. Zac of course did it in two seasons and his efficicncy rating is at 158.52 for this season and 133.56 overall for the two seasons.

Of course with three games left Zac should easily add on another 6 or 7 hundred yards to his career yardage.

 
Did the announcers even mention this??? I know they mentioned something when he took the season td pass record, but missed any accolades he might have received for this one.

They said nothing about it and the TD record they happened to mention in passing.

Congrats Zac Taylor!!!! We luv you man! You've been a true warrior and leader for the Huskers for the past 2 years and you will be sorely missed.

 
They talked about it during the pregame stuff but they did not bring it up during the game when he actually broke the record. Anyways congrats Zac. Thanks for all the hard work and hopefully you can add three more wins to your overall record before you are done.

 
The game-winning catch - 6'4" versus 5'10". Reminds me of when Limas Sweed was beating out Cortney Grixby.
