Colt McCoy has two votes... <_<Who is your choice as Big 12 Football Offensive Player of the Year?

I saw him lurking here earlier. Yooohooo? :lol:I bet a certain someone is going to go off on us for voting for ZT and not Josh Freeman. You know who you are!!!!
Maybe if we build a cross or a large N it will keep him out of hear. Maybe some garlic...I saw him lurking here earlier. Yooohooo? :lol:I bet a certain someone is going to go off on us for voting for ZT and not Josh Freeman. You know who you are!!!!
:clap :clap :clap :clap :clap :clap :clap :clap :clapturned the cookies off on both of my computers, had my wife sit at one and I was on the laptop pushing enter over and over again.........and now he has a 3000 vote lead :corndance :thumbs
How can Freeman even be considered? :WTH He has only started the last 5 games. In the first few games of the season he had a completion percentage of around 33%. That percentage would be good if he was a baseball player. He is barely above 50% completion percentage and has thrown 10 picks to his 6 td's. He has 1 good game and knocks off a good team and now he is up for the Big XII player of the year? If that's the case then it is a weak conference. Maybe next year when he plays a whole season. ZT's numbers are way more impressive. Especially his td/int ratio. Something like 27td's to 4 picks. That's amazing. His completion percentage has dropped a little, but 61% is still good.Sure, I suppose if you're trying to get me going I'll chime in.
Freeman has had a good year, but only part of a year...and still makes freshman mistakes.
I actually logged on and voted for Zac. He's been the most consistent part of the team this year and aside from a slightly lower completion percentage and a few less rushing yards, he is putting up the same numbers as Heisman front-runner Troy Smith. He definitely gets my vote.
Lane...hard to ignore 2nd in TD's, of course you can't just weigh (no pun intended) in on that factor.
McCoy...has had a lot of help surrounding him making his freshman year a very successful one. I believe he has fewer yards but a better rating than ZT. Still, what ZT has had to do gives him the edge.
Just think what the possibilties would have been had Callahan decided to focus on one back (B-Jax) or use Purify all season and be the go to guy for 12 games?!?!
Ohhh.....wait.....I was supposed to dog on anything Husker wasn't I. Crap, must be the fan in me coming out. Or maybe its being able to look at things objectively. Who knows.
