Do some of you feel like me that killing him is way too easy? Wouldn't you rather see him place, for the rest of his pathetic life, with the most violent, nasty, worst possible criminals who would torment him for life?

 
indubitably. actually they should just line up the victim's family and let them all kick him in the nuts. he should get kicked in the nuts once per hour for the rest of his life. imagine that..

 
I don't think he should be killed. He'd get his way then. Die for the cause.

Put him in a cell somewhere to rot.

 
ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Convicted Sept. 11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui says he lied on the witness stand about being involved in the plot and wants to withdraw his guilty plea because he now believes he can get a fair trial.

 

In a motion filed Friday but released Monday, Moussaoui said he testified March 27 he was supposed to hijack a fifth plane on Sept. 11, 2001, and fly it into the White House "even though I knew that was a complete fabrication."

 

A federal court jury spared the 37-year-old Frenchman the death penalty last Wednesday. On Thursday, U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema gave him six life sentences, to run as two consecutive life terms, in the federal supermax prison at Florence, Colo.

 

At sentencing, she told Moussaoui: "You do not have a right to appeal your convictions, as was explained to you when you plead guilty" in April 2005. "You waived that right."

 

She said he could appeal his sentence but added, "I believe it would be an act of futility."

 

Moussaoui's court-appointed lawyers told the court they filed the motion even though a federal rule "prohibits a defendant from withdrawing a guilty plea after imposition of sentence." They did so anyway because of their "problematic relationship with Moussaoui" and the fact that new lawyers have yet to be appointed to replace them.

unfortunately he wont be placed in general population where he would be made to wear a dress and get gang raped by the other prisoners.

where he is going he will be locked into his cell for 23hrs a day and his 1 hour of excercise will be escorted by 2 guards and he will be in chains.

Kill him and he becomes a martyr - Life in prison and he's forgotton. They had a story in the LA TIMES about the prison he's going to in colorado - They interviewed a few of the prisoner's who have been there over 10 years and all of them said death would be more humane than sitting there rotting away. He's in for a miserable existance. :clap

 
I seen a show on that prison on TLC one time and it's basically had big hills built up around it so when you try to look out the windows all you see is the ground!!! He won't be put in general population as someone said earlier which sucks because he would probably be beaten terribly a few times........................which by the way should be put on pay per view!!!! :)

 
I believe the Supreme Court has ruled on that issue already M-247. :lol: Better to just draw and quarter him then hang the rest.

Aside from the fact that being "drawn and quartered" includes hanging in the first place, there isn't anything left to hang afterwards.
