Manti Te'o's dead girlfriend?

The ONLY thing that would make this story better is if ESPN went all in to protect their boy and lost a chunk of their audience when it comes out that he really was in on it.

Nov. 28, 2009: Te'o and Kekua meet after Stanford's 45-38 victory over Notre Dame in Palo Alto, according to the South Bend Tribune: "Their stares got pleasantly tangled, then Manti Te'o extended his hand to the stranger with a warm smile and soulful eyes." Kekua, a Stanford student, swaps phone numbers with Te'o.

Hopefully Te'o will come out with another whopper and suggest it was Tuiasosopo in drag.

That says how they "met" at Stanford and she visited him in Hawaii. Manti is full of it and only digging a deeper hole

I'm sure it was too. I'm just thinking of any bizarre ways that Manti could not know she wasn't real.

As embarrassing as this must be, I still think that it would be more embarrassing to admit that you spent entire nights on the phone listening to somebody who you'd only met in person, like twice, breathe.
