Probably off canceling things.

The TDS stuff was stupid when it started and it still is. Trump is currently trying to subvert the election and, hypothetically if he were to succeed, he would call the protesters Antifa and tell the police and national guard to rough them up or worse. People continue to have good reason to think he is a piece of s#!t who is horrible for this country. People continue to have good reason to be extremely pissed off about it, assuming they give a f#&% about this country. If you aren't pissed off at what he is trying to do this country, you are the idiot.
You created a sock account to troll me and the rest of P&R, and here you are lecturing about objectivity and obsession.
Again, I didn't. But the truth doesn't matter to you. I'm not lecturing you. I'm telling you how pathetic you are. There's a difference.
Sorry, just now saw this.Moiraine said:You are giving Trump supporters too much credit with this statement and passing too much blame onto non Trump supporters. It isn't that there is something deep about them that, if we somehow understood it, we could reach them. And we are to blame for not being able to understand them. For the most part they fall into 2 categories.
1. They are victims of groupthink, and because there was an R by Trump's name, they somehow agreed with him on things they would never agree with if it was someone they knew, or someone who wasn't a Republican politician, or it was asked about in a survey where the political party that supports the stance was kept hidden. If Obama had done any of these things they love Trump for, they would have hated him for it.
2. They are convinced White people are being attacked and feel like they are victims.
Sorry, just now saw this.
I agree with what you're saying, but I'm not necessarily trying to assign blame to anyone. I was more or less trying to say I think it's important people respect the power of the GOP vote, even if they don't necessarily respect the people who may vote that way. I was definitely one of those people in 2016 who knew Trump could win, but I didn't allow myself to believe it would happen, and as a result I hold a much different perspective of our election process now and the ability for an unfit candidate to win.
