No but he needs to do a thorough evaluation across the board and be prepared to make some tough decisions.

I think he should stay but if you are going to fire him it better be for the biggest dam splash hire you can come up with.  It better be for someone who has a winning history over a 5 year period.  Has been in the top 25 multiple times over there period of time as head coach.  Has the understand of what it takes to play in the big10.  Understand what the expectations are here, and living up to those.  If no one can do that or that person isnt going to come here then we need to stick with what we have.  We cant keep just resetting

Just checking coaches who were fired/resigned in 2020. There were a few with worse records than Frost, but no many. Also, most of the programs don't have the advantages that Nebraska has. What is the justification for retaining him?

You have 56 posts yet you are encouraging people to fire the coach on this board?

Oddly I agree with you but, just so we’re clear, that splash hire you outlined is everything Frost isn’t. Frost has about only two things going for him. He understands the expectations at Nebraska and he wants to achieve them probably worse than anyone. The conundrum is, he isn’t getting the job done. I’m tired of the constant program resetting also.

His win loss record says yes. You could make the argument that he needs to upgrade the staff at qb coach, oline, special teams and rbs. He's already fired one OC if fixing the problems means firing most of the offensive staff of a head coach who is an offensive guy and calls the plays then its hard to say its not a Frost problem.
