I know some are legit. I'm hilarious.
It's just that Rusty gets all up in his feels when someone is picking on him with the laughy emoji, but he's one of the more prolific users of that reaction. It happens every time he's involved in a P&R conversation.

I've never reacted to someone's post with an anonymous laughing reaction unless it was an obvious joke. If I think your post is laughable, I'll respond to it, and I won't waste a +1 on you while doing it.
Some day when we have different folks running HuskerBoard those reactions will become public. Then you can have a blast going back and verifying I'm being honest.
