Should Erik Chinander be fired midseason

Gifford is over rated. He is a liability on defense. As long as he’s on the field, he’s gonna get burned Our linebackers can’t cover and can’t tackle well. To run a 3-4 you need world beaters at DT. We have zero pass rush. No sacks. Almost non existent TFLs. We forced ONE PUNT.

Get rid of Chin, Ruud, Dawson.

 
Only way Frost keeps his job is he fires Chins and someone can get the D to do a 180 (unfortunately I think we just don't have the horses). If you score more than 40 you should be winning any game in the B1G and crushing a team like this.

 
Not having a dedicated D-line coach is hurting us. Dawson double dipping with two positions has been a part of it. With that, no replacement for snacks and other stud D-lineman. We are basically sending a JV team to rush the QB. Teams are honing in on our big boy pass rushers because they know they can one on one the D-line players easily. 

I mean we had 5 in the box a lot of plays. Chins was daring them to run it on us. 

Frost will be gone in October, he had his chance to make his staff changes. It is too late for that now.

Probably a moot point since they are all gonna be pink-slipped in three weeks, but I'd like to see Chinander dumped tomorrow, just for the humiliation.

 
Way too late.  Chins and most everyone else should have been fired after 2019.  It’s painfully obvious that there’s essentially nothing Scott can do to save his job now.  Other than winning out, which we all know isn’t happening.  Scott exits 10/2.  Whipple or MJ get the interim tag and the season plays out and hopefully we beat Iowa.   

 
This guy should be fired by Monday. But Frost knows he’s gone on October 1st so this entire staff stays intact until then. We suffer through one more game. Oklahoma game is the last game Chinander and Frost work together.
