New Head Coaching Staff Selections (Coordinators)

Schumann has the better recruiting history. He’s highly touted. Similar to Leonard believed to be a future head coach himself. He’s worked alongside some very successful coaches. I’d say that he has an edge.
Schumann.  Get into that SEC country. I'd think his NC ties would help with recruiting...Has his name come up?

Who do we have  better chance of keeping for a couple of years.

I'd think for current team cache Leonard.  But I think a lot depends on how NU does.  Our D turns the corner like the D did at Baylor, that guy would be gone quicker.  So if Leonard came, but the D became very salty, it might make him a hotter commodity.  Wisky has always had a solid D.  UGA has been solid as well.  NU has not.  So a guy who turned us a round would look like a guru IMHO.

I'd pay Jim Leonhard what it takes. I like the young up and comer from the big 10 foot print that NOW HAS A CHIP.on his shoulder, who just happens to be in the west. Go. Get. Him.

i believe the name Fran Brown has come up before.

He worked at Temple and Baylor and I think the times matched up, currently at Georgia coaching Defensive Backs.
