I can't imagine them not knowing. Otherwise, I would think they would be doing everything they could to shoot one down and figure it out.I mean, clearly the military and President do know.
Now, will they ever actually tell us? Probs Not.
This is great! Going on and on about how the President should tell them, they deserve to know. Press ACTUALLY does their job and asks "well, haven't you been briefed on it?" and he answers "no comment". What a joke!I'm glad we are getting the smartest President in the history of the world. When he takes office, he will then let us know about the mysterious drones that flew over western Nebraska and Eastern Colorado during his last term....right?
Great...I thought I outgrew my anxiety over nukes...I can't imagine them not knowing. Otherwise, I would think they would be doing everything they could to shoot one down and figure it out.
One frustrating thing about all of this is the fake crap around it. We have a bunch of people creating AI videos and claiming it's real. We have people taking shaky cell phone videos of airplanes and claiming it's UFOs. You have others making s#!t up at they "know" and claiming whatever the story is behind it. It's extremely hard to tell what is real and what isn't in the entire story.
But, let's take one story that's made it around the interwebs. It's that during the Ukraine war, a nuclear warhead went missing and authorities have reason to believe someone is trying to sneak it into the US. These drones are ones that detect radiation and they are being flown over areas they think might be a target of the warhead to try to find it.
OK. First off, Ukraine didn't have nukes. So, that part of it just makes me want to throw this story in the trash.
But, let's say this is really the true story. Wouldn't it be reasonable for the government not to alarm everyone by announcing this and causing mass hysteria throughout the US? Wouldn't it also be reasonable to suspect that, whomever has it, it might be good to not let them know, that we know, and what capabilities we have of finding it making it much easier for them to evade those technologies?
So, let's say all that is true, wouldn't it NOT be some grand conspiracy theory that the government isn't telling us and they are actually doing what is necessary to protect us?
Again, I don't believe this to be true. But, just for discussion purposes.
You need to find a 1980s school desk to hide under.Great...I thought I outgrew my anxiety over nukes...
Yet the modern GOP sees Adam as nuts and their leader as 'a stable genius' :facepalm:Seems reasonable.

I think it’s fine they release the report. We paid for it. Now while they are at it, release every other ethics report too that hasn’t been released. Is this one of those "secrecy" votes like the Jim Jordan house speaker votes, where anonymity allows Republicans to admit how much they hate the guy?
We're all slaves to the bottom quartile of America's dumbest people. Musk isn't going to become Speaker, of course, but this is a symptom of a larger problem.OH...wouldn't this be fun?
