What has killed vastly more Americans, the right to bear arms or Chinese national students?

That 234 year old 2nd Amendment sure is carrying a heavy burden. Since so many want to take it literally and never update it, maybe for accuracy it should be spelled out, also in 234 year old terms, what exact arms are to be a protected right.

Here’s the list-

We should probably get rid of first amendment protections on social media/internet publications because of course only print media existed. 
 

And religious orgs that didn’t exist prior to 1800…those don’t count towards freedom of religion either.
