It sort of is. There was no indication that he was going to decommit. Nebraska felt pretty good. Two things could have happened here: 1. He genuinely needed to take a step back from his commitment because it became too difficult to juggle being one foot in & one foot out. 2. Florida St shared something intimate about Nebraska that got him to seriously reconsider. If you want to go 3. Florida/Florida St threw a ridiculous amount of money at him and Nebraska told him thanks but no thanks. They're pretty exhausted of his recruitment.
