There's not a gimme left on the schedule save for maybe Northwestern. But they beat the Nittany Lions. Every week we have to go take it.

I wish we were playing Wisc this year - to rub a little salt into the wound.
I was thinking the same thing. Similar to how we caught Indiana and Purdue during some of their best years (before the last two for Indiana). And now we miss Wisconsin when they're really not good.
I applaud your optimism. Personally I live under a constant state of apprehension that every B1G opponent could beat Nebraska on any given week, in Northwestern lol.

Hard to see Wisconsin getting another win this year. Maybe if they can Fickell and the new coach rallies them in the Axe game vs Minnesota?

Insane how far they've fallen and continue to fall under Fickell. He was seen as basically a homerun hire.
I don't like the term "identity" in the football lexicon...but they totally went away from their offensive identity, and now they suck.

I love the new fourth quarter moxie of this team, but I can't see getting super confident for any game left on the schedule. Definitely optimistic given the easy schedule, but this team is on a gambler's run and every game might come down to a bit of luck.

A Michigan friend of mine compared hiring Fickell to the Huskers' hiring Callahan. You essentially went away from who you are and what your state produces.
