I'm not saying NU wins Saturday, I hope so and think that they can (if the right team shows up). IF they do, they are favored in the rest of the games this season. There seems to be a lot of doom and gloom people on here lately. It could be worse. At least there has been improvement from previous years and coaches.

Obviously we have to play the last four games to assess things first.

But, 84.7% of the people who voted in this poll predicted we'd win 8 regular season games.

So...the doom and gloom hasn't even begun to set in yet if we don't hit that mark. What will people say if we do go 7-5? We'll see.

Hopefully we go at least 8-4, though. That would be awesome.

I'm going to be honest. I disagree with Kelley Ford that there's a 64% chance that we win at least 2 out of the last 4. I personally think the odds are smaller than that.

But if we do, we get to 8-4 and in my opinion the season is a big success.
We should be favored against UCLA and PSU. Unless....something drastic changes this weekend.

True, true. We're currently 1.5 point favorites against PSU (at least on the first site I checked, which was Vegas Insider). And the moneyline is -115 for NU.

That's just about a pick 'em, though. But you're right.

I'm still standing behind my original guess, 9-3 with all 10 toes down until they don't do it. So far, still on track.

However I did guess 9-4 overall with bowl loss, because you never know who's playing or not , in the bowl game, or even the team they might play.
