I think a lot of those guys are super nomadic too. They just get used to leaving for a new job every few years, they almost treat it like some people treat cars, they just keep getting a new one.

Job jumpers. Some of these guys just like the chase.

I will also say this again and I think we will see it happen more and more. You can make amazing money at almost any school but you can also make amazing money at a school with zero pressure for the most part.

Most of these guys know they will never win it all, it is really hard to do. After awhile, you might as well coach at a new place where no one cares if you win it all.

I think some of the coaches just like the idea of going to a new place plus I am guessing there is that rush of being "the new coach" where the fans, usually, love you at the start.
