I truly think Carl Crawford comes, JLo is an AA safety, Franks gets another 2-3 years after 2003, then maybe things are different. Who knows. I was truly suprised when Frank was fired. Figured with staff changes and then the 2003 turn around he'd have been solid. But nope. Gone. And then has Nutt come here would that have changed the trajectory of NU.....
 
No established winner would ever come here. We are a joke to everyone outside the fanbase.

The answer would be to find some from lower ranks but no one would have the appetite for that.

At this point I’d be willing to look at Strohmeier over at IWCC compared to Rhule would be a definite upgrade
 
Bob stoops HC, with Bo and one of the Stoops bros as co- DC, Urban as OC and head recruiter with open checkbook. Nick Saban as special consultant. Carl Pelini as life skills coach. Why not? Lets do it!
 
Should have just paid Lane Kiffin an amount he couldn’t refuse to be the highest paid coach in history. I’m legit at a loss as to where we’d go from here. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Please prove me wrong and spend those millions in the portal that Rhule has talked about!

I understand that thinking but what makes you think that just bc they spend in the portal that your going to be super happy or proud of the product they put out on the field next year????
 
I guess I'll be anti-OP and say that I want to see Matt Rhule here for a while - say the next 5 years.

Did you really expect us to beat Utah? We were outmatched in virtually every phase that game.

Rhule has proven he is out to get coaches he believes that can help this team and he isn't afraid to let some go.

It will be a tough schedule next year, but if we can hit on a few in the transfer portal, I think we can have a good team.

Oh nothing is guaranteed….im betting on the defense being better the to our new d coordinator bringing some guys and same with Oline coach. Then hoping they are smart enough to realize now after today’s game that they need to spend on a proven QB. With that said….it seems to be the norm where we can’t have nice things, so we might as well keep thinking of who our new head coach will be after next year 😂

It is really funny that everyone thought we would lose big to Utah then when we do they lose their minds.
