Things are moving a lot slower than I expected for Nebraska with the talk of being big spenders.

I think we all think of the portal as being akin to high school recruiting and it's an entirely different animal. There's so much going on behind the scenes that none of us, and even a lot of the experts, don't know about. A lot of the portal guys won't even give a few minutes to the recruiting websites for interviews. Throw in all the scheming agents looking to make their cuts and it gets even murkier.
