Are you trying to make us cry?

That's some pitiful recruiting and/or development. Some dudes, DPE, Stan the man, JD, Wan'Dale and Jacory (glad he's staying for now, hope he gets used a lot more next season)....But that doesn't speak well for the "talent acquisition staff".

Odd they list him at 280 and 300. Must have had some snacks in between. :D

Weight probably works like height. Once they get past 340 they want them thinner. Below 300 they put lead in the pants.

Leverage, athletic ability, strength, technic, endourance and propensity to violence probably means more if you are a little undersized.

Pretty sure DL and RB are not a priority right now. We needed more help at OL and LB if anything. The guys we have brought in on OL should bridge the gap some with all the young guys. We were definitely lacking at LB also with guys getting and being hurt.

That’s what it looks like to me as well. It seems weird that DL isn’t a priority but the offer and visit list and signings so far says as much.

And that’s why they will get fired after next year

Would love to do both DL and OL at the same time, but if we can control the ball, get TDs instead of FG (or nothing), move the chains and have less sacks…I’ll take that first.

A better and stronger OL keeps our defense fresh and off the field, hopefully. But yeah, get at least one real solid DL

Few observations
A) Rhule says not a reset, but sure looks it at some positions
B) We now have the money to be a major player in the NIL space and "missing on guys" (allegedly)
C) Both lines are trash and we seem to be neglecting the DL
D) Still no DL coach (maybe it's the NFL dude), but not the ex-NFL dude we thought it was
E) RB is thin on experience and no names other than Brown (which I am a big fan)
F) Rhule and Co not the best judges on talent and/or development based on previous 3 years
G) Only 5 days into the Portal-Pa-Looza, but a lot of questions/concerns/opportunities/solid gets
H) One could get can go from bitching to "best get ever" in a matter of minutes

There are 4,100 NCAA players in the portal. About 1/3 of athletes. It could get to 5,000 easily after the championship games and some agent/school discussions.

The best players may not even be out there yet.

This stuff is too new for everyone. There could be 3-4 Dlinemen a day worth looking at up to the very end.
