This game being at home is definitely a HUGE check mark in our advantage. Hopefully we don't neutralize this by having a bunch of careless turnovers (like that would ever happen). I would love nothing more then to see our defense keep improving and our offense continue to run the ball so well and make short completions using play action passes. If we play up to our abilities, this game can be won! Can't wait!

I thought we were going to jump a couple spots as well. Next week, if we win, back in the top ten!

Thanks Knapplc! I hope to improve as much as that young Husker o-line is going to improve this season. But seriously, I am excited to be here. Nice to see a place with so many great Husker fans! I know this topic is kind of junk, but I appreciated the interesting/absurd nature of the article. BTW, our local news had another story on this Husker gang thing tonight, but I am going to restrain myself from posting it (see, I am learning already!).

What a big return at a crucial time in a game. Huge moment for a freshman. Abdullah had a great game and made a huge impact getting this W!

The O-line is over-hyped. This year's line does not even merit a comparison to 2009, which featured one of the most dominant athletes collegiate football had ever seen. That is not to say, however, that they won't end up being a decent front four (they should in my opinion).

I personally love Nebraska's unis. They are a great representation of the classiness of the Big Red nation. They remind me of the glory days of Nebraska football but also fit very well in modern day college football. Great programs like Nebraska don't need to reinvent themselves. We have a great history and identity. I always enjoy some variation or a good throwback every now and then. Insulting Nebraska's uniforms, as subjective as it is, is laughable, in my opinion.
