I am not sure why each coach on this staff excites me more than the previous, maybe because they are new? Lol
They say all of the right things and push the right buttons, not just repeated the same few lines for 7 years.

would love that 2009 D with next year's O - we'd be talking 1997 again.
Why do you think next years offense will be so good? I thought the offense this season was decent approaching pretty good. Why would the offense improve dramatically over last year? I can see the O being pretty good approaching good (or, in a best case scenario, good). But being very good or great seems a huge, huge stretch. What do you see that so inclines you to think the NU offense in 2014 will be great (or am I only assuming that you think the NU O will be great)?

Tommie Armstrong looks like he has a higher ceiling than TMart did. Sure, he's not as flat out fast, but in between the random 90 yard TD runs, we all saw how useless flatout speed alone is on a football field. Tommie hits holes better, uses blocks better and has better instinct at the point of attack as a freshman than TMart ever did.
And Stanton pushing him should make them both better.
TOMMY, has never shown to be even close to the runner that Taylor was.
Agreed. Tommy showed next to nothing running outside of an occasional fake pitch.
You all seem to forget about his knee surgery, wait until next year when he feels good on it and we'll see how well he can run.

If this is true, you just made my day! I love all the Dish vs DirectTV talk. IMO they are pretty equal on programming, but Dish is quite a bit cheaper. I'm not the smartest man in the world, I am getting closer to that title every day though, but I am smart enough to pay less for something that offers basically the same thing as their competition!

You seriously sound like you are 16 years old, and cute user name. Half of those rap songs out there, husker related or not, are garbage. Getting to be a big rap star is not about how much time and effort you put into editing, it's your lyrics and rapping ability. That lucid kids rap was decent at best with a few tasteless lines that could be offensive to some. Go on YouTube to a low budget rap, or any genre song and see how they compare to a regular song. People don't hesitate to give bad ratings and say negative things about it if it's not good. I'm not any better at rapping and would never put the time to try because it would be an epic fail. But the people that have the passion to do it, good luck to them, but if they just naturally can't rap/sing and have a terrible beat, it doesn't matter how good "editing" is, the song will get ripped to threads. Don't come on this board and start bringing down HB members for voicing their opinion. The rap wasn't good, get over it.
You missed the point about it being a videos as a whole, and that's exactly how it started. It was never about a song I didn't even watch the video nor do I care about it but its also not going to be an excuse. You might not understand the work that goes into creating even the most basic highlight videos but they feel what they make. When I made The Comeback vs Ohio State video do you think it took me 30minutes? No, it took over 10 hours from editing down footage, finding 320kbp audio for the sound, trimming it, placing it, slow-mo's - speed ups, color correction, custom contrast and balance settings, custom effects, matching video to audio, playback after playback after playback, rendering, uploading. You can watch it back over 100 times and only be half done. Every detail takes time and a lot of effort, and even after all that and its upload there's things you wish you could change.
I'm speaking for all the people that's made highlight videos good or bad all of them equally, to call someones work crap is an insult to whoever made it. Even if you don't like it show some respect or at least appreciation for the attempt. Even more so when you call it "Your team".
So the next time you want to jump in a conversation that you wasn't brought into, make sure you get your facts straight. Oh yeah, If you want to age guess too make sure you don't look 14 in your dp. Your ignorance amuses me, here is cookie for you too. [>^.^]>#
Rap songs or pump up videos or highlights. When I go to watch a video I expect great things, whether I am capable to do the editing, transitions, music etc or not is beyond the point. If a highlight video is the users best work, but is not good compared to other videos, you think they should be praised?? I don't really care how much time they put into making it, if it doesn't deliver then they shouldn't be butthurt about people talking down on it. I should not be told to tell someone nice job if it wasn't good. Which comeback video? On a lighter note which video was yours, The minute and a half one with the inception music?
Your still missing the point kid, Look at a video okay? okay, you have audio and video right? right. One might be good the other might be bad, still with me? Great! Now that still doesn't make it bad, being opinionated is one thing being ignorant about it is another. If a movie has one bad song playing in a scene you like do you skip it? No, you still like that specific scene and it doesn't really matter whats playing.
Calling a video as a whole crap because you dislike a song is ignorant, your not watching it for the music, your watching it for the highlights and remember our talk right up there ^^^ bad audio doesn't make bad video. Effort should be praised because it pushes them to take the next step and get better and learn more, you work hard in practice and have a couple of little slip ups but you still get praised for the effort.

You can try that on my new cinematic one but your already pretty far behind on that too. I openly challenged the ignorant man and he made his excuses, problem over. Where do you get off trying to get in the middle. Then do it, until then keep your negativity to yourself. People don't spend hours, days, or even weeks making content so clowns can talk it down and have no appreciation for the time spent making it for their enjoyment. I cant wait to see what brilliant ideas you come up with, here is cookie [>^.^]># do something useful and lets see your amazing editing skills but chances are that wont happen.
Just because I can do better doesn't make me dillusional. Doing better than making horrible and distasteful disses of other big ten teams and implying they have reason to fear the huskers after a 5-3 season isn't difficult to accomplish. I'm smart enough to know that what I would produce wouldn't be good enough to post for public consumption. Whoever made the song lacked that realization.
I'm not saying they (or you or your friend) are talentless. They just put out an incredibly juvenile song that reflects badly on my favorite team. The fact that I could do better is, like I said, not saying much.
Fear has nothing to do with what people make content for I guarantee you can find any highlight video from a team that had a losing season any team, why? Because real fans represent their team no matter what kind of year they had. "horrible and distasteful disses of other big ten teams and implying they have reason to fear the huskers after a 5-3 season" is just a piss poor excuse from someone that cant finish what his mouth starts. Count all the highlights, pump ups, and everything else thats been made since the season ended, everybody else seems to be representing their teams except you.
To an editor the song is more important then highlights themselves because the song is what makes it all work inside their head, if they don't feel the same old cliche songs go with their plan then they use what does. I don't care if its classic, blues, rock, alternative, rap, hip-hop, R&B, dubstep or country a song doesn't make someones work a pile of crap, bad editing does. There is no excuse for why you dont step up other then you cant do it period.
"Your team" Rethink your words because you just disrespected your entire team when you decided not to step up and represent them.

The movie "Yes Man" with Jim Carrey had a huge section of the movie in Nebraska. They did a college gameday for NU - OU too.

What this doesn't really show is the Iowa TE pushing off on David which is why he is getting up. The penalty was declined. Straight playmaker

We didn't run that play exactly but the triple option against Michigan was basically the same play - just with different players. Martinez meshes with Burkhead and has the choice to pull it and run straight ahead. Instead he gave it to Burkhead who ran the option with Abdullah.
Slightly different play but same concept.
Ya, i remember that play. Oregon does the counter read. So for example, the right RB runs in front of the QB going left. The QB puts ball in his stomach and reads. If he pulls it, him and the other RB run out right on the option where the QB reads the end/LB and keeps or pitches. Nice play b/c I like how it starts with the counter read getting the defense flowing one way, or if they dont the ball is given to the read RB.
