More riots.... Because cops shouldnt shoot someone who points a gun at them.. They should just get shot so some thugs family doesnt have to mourn the loss of their thug son.
Perhaps there was no gun.
Let's ask the dead kid... oops, we can't.

Miami Beach Bowl - Memphis 55, BYU 48 2OT
In the highest-scoring Miami Beach Bowl ever, JTrain and NebraskaHarry take home the perfect 5 points.
That puts JTrain into the lead with 18 points. Lil' Red and Sub-Husker are right behind with 16.
That's the magic of this contest... lots of lead changes right up to the very end!

Whatever you say dramacarl, I'm sorry for asking you to think. Over a year has passed, but your brain is still frozen.
Look at past crises with North korea, they corresponded with reactionarry changes in Japan and the US that increase our war spending.

1) The guilty party is dead.
2) If he wasn't, he would have been severly punished.
3) He was not a peace officer, sworn to protect the public.
Edit: The Fox narrative of a vast left wing consiracy requires an overreaction that would accomplish nothing.

Why do we need them to be a threat again? We need North Korea to be a threat again, so magically it is.
I will answer that question, but I would like to ask you to think about it for a while.
I don't want to start another Korean war in this forum.

Where is the proof that the hackers were Norks?

It is inevitable, one day Bo Pelini will rant against YSU.

Just as Fox continually criticizes an Obama strawman, they will criticized a Hillary strawwoman.
While I dislike both of them, it peeves me when people whack at strawmen.
I wonder which Rand Paul will be running each month, he has been changing. Some good, mostly bad.

Yeah, there's that,
And there is very unlikey to be a big money opponent to oppose her, so right now she has all the money and the attention it buys.
The only thing that can stop her is a populist uprising in the party against warmongering banksters. Unlikely to be successful, but her only potential challenge.

Perhaps we should have General Carter Ham and Admiral Charles M. Gayouette testify.

Is trying for something/building something generally what you think of when you say "entitlement"?For Hillary it is about entitlement - something she has built for & tried to obtain since running for the Senate.
No, it just seems to be the image that they give off and the press as well - the next in line.
Polling seems to support the idea that she is the next in line.
Early polling said the same thing in 2008. Unfortunateley it takes a lot of money to run a national campaign, which Obama had thanks to George Soros. Neither Elizabeth Warren nor Bernie Sanders will have nearly the money, making Hillary unopposed cash-wise. The Koch brothers and/or Sheldon Adelson will pick the Republican candidate. Big money will only put garbage into the office, so we will get more of the same. Or worse.
-
In 2008 Barack Obama was a nobody, whose claim to fame was a pretty anti-war speech during the 2004 convention. Then he was backed by George Soros' money and dictates on finance, and who brought in Zbigniew Brzezinski to dictate to him on foreign policy.
Elizabeth Warren has done much more than Obama in the senate, and has made a name for herself in progressive circles by advocating for financial reforms.
Hillary Clinton has done more and has more experience than just about anyone considering running in 2016. Some people love her, some people hate her, and very few are indifferent. As a progressive/libertarian, I oppose just about everything she stands for. I voted for Gary Johnson in 2012 after voting for Ron Paul in the state primary. I would vote for in order; Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, any Republican (if Hillary was the opponent), Hillary Clinton (never).

Who is Tim Beck, and why should I care what he has to say?
Is he related to Harrison?

Who knows where the program would be now if Frank Solich had been given ten more years. His best teams were with Tom Osborne's players, and his biggest failing was not being able to fill the cupboard with talent. An offensive coordinator may have helped, if competent (looking at past hires, not a given). Just like Solich, Bo Pelini's best teams were with the previous guy's players. The unnamed guy could recruit, but could not develop players or coach a decent game plan. Coaching (with head coaches and assistants) has been a tremendous weakness of our past three staffs. Mike Riley has shown that he can coach lesser talent to win some big games. He has yet to prove that he can recruit big talent to a big program. I like the hire, and I expect to see the team lose less than four games next season. I expect to see no more blowouts, and a win over a top 15 team. A lot of noise, good and bad, has been made about Pelini losing four games per year over his six year stint. The fact of the matter is that our teams have been getting worse, but he maintained the wins by the grace of easier schedules. The quality wins were just not there, and the losses were getting uglier.

So, making snarky comments in response to Strigori and myself isn't you being on your religious high horse, but proving a point that since we're not like minded like you, we are wrong? Ok, so you're not here to judge, but I can't save myself because a book told you so? It is a cop out, because you still haven't answered my question, and you're dancing around it like subhusker would have.
Hahaha!!!
If I'm a Native American, who doesn't have the same system of beliefs or believe in god, am I soulless heathen, that is going to burn in hell? If you can't answer the question, then do you question your own faith, or lack the ability to answer tough questions? To be honest, we probably share many common beliefs... as long as we don't talk politics.

By my accounting, there is a significant difference between allowing free will and evil to occur in the world and causing or committing evil actions. I sure don't have all, or even many, of the answers for why God allows bad things to happen to good people but I do believe it is inaccurate and false to jump to the conclusion that God causes these bad things to happen (commits evil) simply because he does not prohibit evil even though he could. I guess there are just some things we weren't meant to fully understand. I can understand how some people can think he may not be a loving God but I also think I understand just enough to realize those people have got it all figured wrong.
If you believe in reincarnation and that each life here serves to teach us a lesson, then it all starts to make some sense.
The "one and done" model of life makes no sense in so many ways.
As in Him standing there and watching someone in your family get killed by a drunk driver. That is one of the ways.
-
Do you mean evil as in Him wanting to see us in pain and hurting while He watches us like a kid torturing flies? Or do you mean Him standing by while we make decisions that will negatively affect us?
A lot of people think God is all loving and he can do no wrong but throughout the entire old testament whenever Israel turned away he would bring disaster and ruin to Israel. He even let other nations invade Israel to take over the nation to show them not to turn away. Now you hear it doesn't matter what you do and what you believe that God always cares no matter what. But then that defeats the purpose of religion because you essentially don't have to care or worship God to get any kind of favors from him. That he does it because he loves you no matter what.
I'm with Bishop Marcion, the god of the Old Testament is not worth worshiping.
-
So why is it so hard to believe God is.....capable of good and evil?
How do you define God, and how do you define evil?
If by definition the actions of god (or spirit) define what is good, then the answer is no.

Your journey starts here.
Regardless of what you believe, you have to admit that the people who run this show are very convincing.
If you're not questioning and searching, you are likely more a fan than a believer.

So who will be the next Pope?
Tim Dolan

Should probably add "attempt to distract from the fact that I cannot/will not support my claim by attempting to derail the conversation by focusing on one piece of irrelevant minutia, and when my conversation partner fails to take the bait, declare victory."
If you refuse to acknowledge basic information provided to you on the initial point of a discussion topic, then refuse to provide any info as to why it is not valid, there is no reason to attampt to take the discussion any further (as I had said before).

There were better was to honor Bo Pelini than to wear a B on his helmet (I did not notice it).
In my opinion is was an insult to the new staff.
