he’s a little hard to read for me as well. think we have a good chance since he’s already visited 4 times and plans to visit again. I’m not sure how Mizzou getting a new coaching staff will effect their chances. I assume OU will be a factor but as well but i’m not sure where he lands on their board

if he was a 2020 recruit i’d be a little worried but since he’s only a junior they’ll be a lot of time for Frost and Austin to do their magic. and if we win 9 or 10 games this year, who knows?

This would (kind of) make sense. Not taking a a commitment from him until we see if we get a 2018 RB. Perhaps if we don't we'd take two in 2019 with him being the first then look for a whale.

Visited LSU for their spring game and spoke highly of OC Matt Canada.
Interested in Oklahoma State - they were the first to offer him.
Said he had planned to commit before this season starts but not isn't sure. Wants to take some visits to see games. Wants to see if teams are competing for conference and national championships.
He also said that Riley and Langs have showed him the most love and have a great job of recruiting him to NU.

Yes. according to his 247 timeline Baylor, Georgia, Arizona St., TCU, Indiana, LSU, Arkansas, Missouri, Oregon, Mississippi St., Pittsburgh, SMU, UCLA, Tulane, and Arizona have all offered since we offered December 10th.

his most recent offer is Arizona on April 25th.
He hasn't gotten another offer since he pinned the tweet if that's what you meant.

Agreed.. Bookie said last night that he didn't think they were going after an 18 guy but brought up Gunnell for their guy in 2019. Said he just got done talking to him about it. Not sure if he was talking about Riley or Gunnell.This kid is the reason why we are slow playing QBs for '18...We have a very, very good shot at landing him. Has us ahead of FSU for now as his favorite.
encouraging news. I noticed that Bookie and Gunnell just started following each other on twitter too.

If anyone has Facebook Bookie did a 2 hour live segment where he answered questions from Nebraska fans. It is on Husker Nation Live.Some really good stuff. Hates Iowa with a passion. Called 2020 stud Johnny Wilson and 2018 prospect Joshua Moore while doing the interview. TJ Pledger is his roommate. Definitely sticking with OU. Might have said Nebraska had another IMG commit until Bookie gave him a dirty look and shook his head. Bookie is just a classy guy. Unbelievable kid.
That sucks about Pledger. Was hoping Bookie could at least convince him to visit and maybe change his mind.

However, if he is planning on doing a mission trip(which he is at some point), he could technically be considered a 2020 recruit...looks like Stanford has a 4 star qb commit and washington has a 5 star qb commit for the 2018 class. a lot can happen beteeen then and signing day 2018 but a good sign for now.
