Aggie lock

Abdullah lost four fumbles in 42 rushes. While not great, it's not like he's a fumbling machine, either - especially not for a true freshman getting his first taste of football at this level.
I think the timing of his fumbles are what makes them stand out more.
Thats 1 out of every 10 times he carries the ball. Thats absolutely awful at any level, freshman or not. Had Rex fumbled at that pace he would have fumbled almost 30 times last year (to put it into perspective).
This.

I believe these "parts" are not good.
1) Job creation. (What do you think that Obama should do? How should he get around GOP obstruction?)
2) Deficit reduction. (Obama still hasn't matched Bush's record deficit. http://www.usgovernm...icit_chart.html)
3) Transparency in Government. (Agreed. Big problem. Not sure that you'll help matters by voting for Mitt "Burn the Hard Drives" Romney.)
4) Illegal immigration. (Record numbers of deportations? http://abcnews.go.co...hispanic-scorn/)
5) State of the economy. (Which crashed under whose policies?)
6) His budget. (Which parts? You'll have to be a bit more specific.)
Responses in parentheses.
[W]hat has he done right . . .
Oh I don't know...
Ended the war in Iraq. (We could have avoided that catastrophe entirely if we had listened to Obama instead of Cheney/Bush.)
Saved GM.
Killed Osama Bin Laden after W. failed and quit.
Achieved nearly universal health coverage by embracing a conservative idea.
Systematically dismantled the terrorist group that was responsible for 9/11.
Assisted in overthrowing Gaddafi with zero boots on the ground.
Not bad for 3.5 years . . . much of that during the most obstructionist/do nothing Congress in the modern era.
Please, we all await with bated breat.
"Breat?" I hope that I don't have to report that.
- Ended the war and we should have listened to BO? You ARE aware the congress voted in favor?
- GM is not saved. It’s just been given to the unions
- Got Osama using BUSH’S plan (and by the way….regardless of the number of “I’s he spewed while grandstanding and leaking info that cost us intel so he could brag……………it might be nice if we gave the Seals some credit)
Bush QUIT ?? wow, pretty much a stretch even for you Carl.
- Universal coverage. Tell that to the millions who STILL won’t have it. Plus, as you may have heard……..this story is yet to be finished. See the sequel in November.
I’ll give you this Carl…….you can attempt to make a case for BO’s leadership when there isn’t any………..and you appear to do it with a straight face. Congratulations
Gonna have to agree with Comish on this...

Sad to hear. Punk move by whoever did that.

I hope it's all of them.

This guy, along with Hoza Scott out of La Porte, are probably the two best prospects out of the state of TX for 2014. Absolute stud that will contribute right away.

In a somewhat surprising decision, DE Torrodney Prevot out of Alief, TX just announced his commitment to U$C. Which means they should be about full for this class when you consider their scholly constraints.. This could help our chances with Willis....
We still have to worry about ND and LSU then. I belive with USC out we will be third before his OV.
Very true. But anytime we see U$C out of the picture, it is a good thing. They have been cleaning up all over the country...

Great. Movie.
Agreed.

We have offered quite a few, most of the elite ones across the country. Problem is so has every other big name program. Most these kids have 30 40 even 50 offers. DT is the hardest position to judge talent wise, so when good ones come along teams are all over them, and there are very few. I think #1 on the board is Toby Johnson. I think Josh Augusta from Illinois is moving up our board with the loss of Pagano, and i think we will get a visit out of him. If we do i think we will have a good shot, he tried to make it to BRW but couldnt. Toby is going to be hard to keep away from the SEC but im hoping the Suh factor will finally pay off for us. I see him playing next to Rome in 2013, for a nasty interior d line, with some great talent behind them. We are close to having some great depth at DT with a couple key gets this year. Toby and another HS kid would be good with me. We have some good prospects coming in this year that will redshirt and a couple coming off redshirts from last class that are very good. Toby would be a perfect addition of experience to go along with all this young talent.
I also think Lacouture could end up moving inside later in his career and Mathis if he could somehow qualify would move inside by the time he got to play, so we would be sitting pretty even if we just got Toby this year. Peyton Newell a 2014 kid in Kansas, is already 270 as a junior so he would probably end up inside as well, he will be very highly rated, has already visited, so we have a great shot with him as well.
Appreciate the analysis man.

i really havent heard of much contact with him, i think we are alot more interested in his buddy
How many more DT's are we looking at??

Wow, gotta love the respect our receivers are getting! Now it's time to earn more of it on the field. GBR

Give me a receiving corps centered around Bell, Turner, and Enunwa with Westercamp emerging as a potential star. This group has major potential.

The Big 12 is now a joke of a conference. They lose a few valuable members in NU, CU (kinda), Mizzou, and A&M and add two in WVU and TCU. That goes to show what the national perception of the Big 12 is. The Big 10 is a much better fit for Nebraska regardless.

committed to A&M

Those look great

I agree stars don't mean sh#t. However, one thing that some recruits look at in deciding on a school is the class ranking. Like HuskerFowler mentioned above, class ranking does matter from a perception standpoint.

Solid pickup.

For real? I've had an account here since 2005 and have never trolled or started crap if that's what you're implying. Me moving from Nebraska to Austin is what kept me in TX and why I go to A&M. Again, I'm sorry for that thread my Aggie troll friend started while I was in class.
-
The thread that was started by my account was my roommate here at A&M. I attend A&M and he is a big Aggie. He thought it would be funny to make a thread like that and I just saw that he did. I doubt this needs an explanation so feel free to lock this thread. Sorry.

This kid is going to be a top player in the state of TX, without a doubt. At the state 7 on 7 tourney in College Station this past weekend, I saw him make play after play. Look for the big TX schools to push hard for him. Also wouldn't be surprised if he ends up in the SEC as he has already pointed out Alabama as a favorite after a recent visit.

Congrats to Daniel. I loved watching the Bullocks' play for the Blackshirts. GBR

Sumlin and his staff are proving to be pretty damn good recruiters...
