Knapp banned an old account of mine because I didn't agree with him and made a simple joke about a former coach. (Just sayin)

 

Three things:

 

1. You weren't banned, you were put on a preview for a while. Had you shown that you were going to stop bitching about how this site is run in EVERY SINGLE FREAKING POST, you would have been back to normal status by now.

 

2. Circumventing that preview by creating another account is grounds for a perma-ban. Says so right in the rules.

 

3. Oops.

Quit trying to make it sound like i'm the bad guy here. I never complained about how this site was being run, but if I did could you PM the past messages?

I can understand the first three, but Houston?

As I've mentioned before, Rumorville is not some free-for-all romper room where we post anything at all. It's for rumors, preferably rumors that have a source that's not your head.

 

Normal board rules apply here, too. We've locked threads that were obviously garbage in the past, and left most that weren't obvious trollery alone.

 

Just because this is the rumor warehouse doesn't mean that anyone can post anything at all. I don't know what happened here and I'm not part of it, but if I have to come clean up threads then that's usually not all I do. Just sayin'.

 

Then do it. You can't let EZ-E do it just because you know/ are friends with him and then let him infer that I'm an idiot because I looked further into the topic and found truth to what he Trolled about. On top of that, I made a thread poking fun at all the back and forth and what could have been a funny thread where you could have had countless nonsensical post ex: Knaplc, found nude wandering aimlessly through Lincoln nightclub; claims he was senile due to old age. But instead, mods get angry at me because I'm newer here and delete mine? Biased much?

You 10 (for now) guys are nuts for thinking Burkhead will out-rush Ball. Our RB that has been hurt all year and will likely split time between 3 other guys vs. an all-time rusher in an offense that really has no other choices, playing against a beat-up/depleated D-line? Let's change gears a little bit - what do you guys think would be good music for use in the stadium? Not specifically to replace Sirius, but perhaps to be used as a pre-tunnel walk video, or just for some of the many highlight or pump-up videos we see throughout the game?

See this is what gets me about Nebraska fans. Why can't we just say Taylor's a good QB? Because saying he's a top 5 QB is ridiculous. We're always wearing our red glasses and not being unbiased.

 

Taylor is:

 

45th in the nation in completion %

57th in the nation in passing yds

tied for 31st in the nation in passing TDs

30th in the nation in quarterback rating

7th in the nation in rushing yds by a QB

 

He also has sole possession of lead for the entire country in fumbles for any position, which he's led the previous two seasons.

 

He's a good QB by Nebraska standards, because we've got little experience with QBs who's primary strength was throwing the ball. If you want to claim he's one of the top 5 dual-threat QBs in the country, then I could accept it. Because he'd be in the discussion with Miller, Klein, etc. who all trail Manziel by a long ways stats-wise in pretty much all categories.

I hate when people b*tch and moan about people standing in front of them during a football game. Earlier in the season I witnessed a family who has tickets close to ours make a huge deal about a young Husker couple who wouldn't sit down, even though everyone around them was standing up as well. After about 10 minutes of screaming and yelling at the couple, two state troopers came up and actually kicked out the young husker couple. We all booed the troopers and tried to explain that they weren't doing anything wrong and that it was the family who was causing the trouble, which isn't anything new.

I have had season tickets for the past 6 or so years and imo Husker fans are the worse when it comes to this. I have heard multiple times people behind me yell stuff about sitting down. Sorry it is 3 and f*cking 9 in the 3rd qt and we are down, but I am going to stand and scream my ass off. I think the average play lasts 6? seconds and if you can't stand up for that long I suggest you stay at home and watch the game.

I was in attendance at the Iowa game surrounded by Iowa fans and we were all standing for 98% of the game, including the Iowa fans. Luckily the Iowa fans around us were all cool and nice people.
