I'm reading on 247 right now that this is the highest rated 4 star recruit of our class....I wonder if that is just on 247 or if it is across the board?

Me neither, seen him at the rec playin basketball and he's not built for it. He'd have to hit the weights big time if that were to be a possibility... real lean but very athletic. perfect for safety

I dont know if gifford is big enough to be linebacker... He looks a bit smaller than gerry. I think he is built like a safety

everyone is leaving out Wilbon... he's one to keep an eye on

I'd put guys in groups like this...

 

Good - Jackson

Serviceable- Davie, Cockrell, Rose

Solid + improving - Kalu, Jones

Could be studs- Anderson, Lee, Mosley

 

I don't agree with all this and think a JUCO if he comes in and plays right away is a smart move... Jackson is perceived to be good yes but has never played a meaningful snap on D. Davie Cockrell Rose haven't impressed but have been like you said, servicable. Kalu is a stud in the making but Jones is a special teams player so you can't say he's solid. But the 2015 recruits plus mosley do have a lot of potential but a JUCO with experience could help a lot

to me it appears Bo is yelling into the headset and Brown just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time... was at the game so just going of the gif

I think Minny at Minny will be the biggest regular game remaining. They are playing wt great motivation.

 

the minny game is a home game for us... we play them after our road game at Wisconsin

If the way bando has played thus far and was really right there with Rose for the 1, our issues at linebacker are much more interesting than i thought. My other idea is the Rose injusry caused Bando to let complacency set in. And the Roach crawled up his back.

I think the reality is, he is just not a superstar...He is just what he is, average.

He's literally Sean Fisher right now, great athlete with supposed huge amounts of potential but seems lost on the field and makes him play slow. Hopefully Bando can figure it out better and faster than fisher did, don't want another in-state super star to turn out to be average to below average.

the catch and run he had has Ameer written all over it, he froze that guy and just took off. I think he is AA8 v2 with better breakaway speed... really like this kid and would love him in the Nebraska backfield

The two plays that stick out is valentine bull rushing iowas line for the sack and the other is the sack against northwestern the coop got, gregory in the background layed the left tackle on his back

Can't remember who Sharpe and Benning had on this morning, but said that there is a very really possibility that he ends up here. Also that he hasn't been officially released from Washington yet and it should pick up from there. Most likely won't be allowed to join another PAC 10 school which bods well for us.

that would be great for us if they say he can't join a PAC10 school cause only other school being named as a possible landing spot for him is USC
