You can easily get to the Purdue game without tolls. Just stay away from the Chicago and northern Indiana area. Which....should be easy. If you're getting there from Nebraska, simply go to the quad cities and take I - 74.

The Darlington stuff with Bo doesn't get enough play. This is how Bo Pelini operates. Just a year or so ago Bob Stoops cut high school kid that got hurt and ended his career loose.

 

People look at it as a sacrifice (which it is, don't get me wrong) but think how many kids we could potentially win over as a result. Despite the occasional disappointment on the field, this is a great time to be a Husker fan. Bo has really brought this program to a great place of integrity and honesty, and I hope we can keep him for a long time. Of course, he is going to have to win a CC or BCS bowl in order for that to happen, but I am confident that he will very soon.

+1 Most people look at championships, and unfairly compare our program to the 90's. The fact of the matter is that we live in an era where EVERYONE cheats and cuts corners in recruiting. Yet, we remain clean. Ill take nine win seasons and a clean program over being a championship favorite and having a guy like Urban Meyer at the helm. Look at the type of people he brought in to Florida. OSU will have more sanctions in less than 3 years. Take that to the bank!

Line up and take our two (my prediction) All-American OGs and run every play on their undersized DL. Take care of business and nobody gets hurt. Then onto Southern Miss

All-American talent but wont get it.......with that said we will have 3 first team all big ten OL in Long, Cotton, Sirles

Q is a big boy though....he probably deserves the credit. Not a bad guy to have as your third best receiver.

ESPN announced a contest to determine which university would get to host the filming of a “GameDay” commercial. The balloting, on Facebook and other social media sites, was shut down almost immediately because of the sheer volume of votes and suspicions that hackers were skewing the results. When ESPN reopened the voting, with better security, Texas A&M, with a quarter-million votes, edged Nebraska.

Or to put it another way, after Nebraska won the on-line poll the crooked asshats at ESPN threw out just enough votes to give the Gameday commercial to the crooked asshats at aTm.

I remember this. TAMU had a few guys that were voting over 50,000 times a day a piece.

Went with Cethan Carter, he seems to get getting alot of praise from Martinez.

 

Same here with Cethan Carter. If there is one true freshman we need to step up and have a breakout year in a position, its him.

Actually, as long as Jake Long can black at the line and catch an occasional ball we will be fine.. We had two matchup nightmares at TE last year (one speedy/one giant) and barely used them

For my first post.....Gerry is the most ready to play physically, and could start making plays from day 1. Not sure how often he can get out on the field though, with only being a dime guy.
