  1. I would just like to say congratulations to all the husker men that look at this board. Your hard fought game is well appreciated! Excellent job of not giving up and continuing to fight till the end! Thank you and keep up the momentum!

  2. Not saying that Taylor is perfect but if he threw three picks today he wouldn't be getting a pass. It would be the whole if it wasn't for his three picks we would have won easy. He sucks! But now it's the team plays harder for Armstrong even tho he played poorly. It's pretty funny.

Taylor is a SENIOR! When he throws 3 picks, we loose, no questions asked. By a large margin! We wouldn't even be in the position to make this happen. History proves it! Look, I'm a tm fan, I give my beat wishes and all my thanks to him, but THIS group does not respond...see last week

  3. The Husker team has been much maligned. The fact the we showed the heart to do what we did, a blessing. I'm so proud of our kids! We played to the end and didn't give up. THIS is what NE football is all about. Win, loose, or draw, tho is what it's all about.

Congrats to the D for an outstanding performance post 1st quarter. Way to step up! ALL OF YOU! This is what has been needed all year!

I would've lime to see the coaches support the frosh qb more with timely play calls but we are still learning.

BO, take off your blinders and look at your team! DO YOU SEE WHO THEY RESPOND TO?!

Frosh mistakes, I can live with...a senior making Frosh mistakes, unacceptable! Just ask your team!

You must be on my Facebook feed. There's Martinez BS all over it too.

It's about the TEAM! TM didn't have all aboard, those catches the receivers made this week...same they didn't make last week...I rest my case, and the husker defense for that fact...

  4. Seriously, today's win is what it is, a win. To tell me you don't see a difference in our performance in our team with a change in personal, you did not watch this game! When was the last time you saw Taylor between the 3rd and 4th q encourage the crowd much less his teammates!

Look I love tm, but he is not the leader our underclass men are...

  5. Your kidding right??? Your going to make this about Taylor??? You guys need to get a clue. The offense was terrible today!!! Don't even say the defense played great for three quarters because of Armstrong.

Look, let face it Bo, the team responds better to certain personal. Until you see that, you will be on the hot seat. End of story...

  7. I miss angry Bo. Screw what the rest of the nation thinks, I want the hopping mad pissed Bo that gets in his players' grill and gets them fired up.

Amen! We neutered him and now I, at least, want angry Bo back. It can't be all hugs and kisses on the sidelines. If you do something wrong, you should know about it, whatever it takes to get it through you're athletic skull! I see it everyday in society and look where we're at. What good is bringing in military training to form teamwork and bond when the coach can't enforce or reinforce it? Seems kinda contradictory to me...

  8. Minnesota handed out towels to everyone Saturday at the game. The crowd all yelled, "first down" when the announcer said, "that's another Minnesota". At first I thought it was lame, but the more I saw the Minny crowd getting into it, I kind of liked it. They played modern music during the breaks and the people danced and had fun.

After going to Husker games for 40+ years, I have to agree that maybe we as a crowd need to do more. I know when I played ball, regardless what some people say, you do hear the crowd and wanted to play harder for them as well as the team, I've never been a big fan of change, tradition wise, but here are a some changes crowd wise that could help.

I'm willing to do my part.

The Chiefs do this and it's fun. But anyway...who cares. What happened to Bo's "put the N under someone's chin" speeches that motivate players?

Unfortunately a lot of us as Husker fans have neutered the same fiery guy that we long for. It's not very often you meet a motivated, fiery, leader, who will be polite about the way they want things done. Bo has his methods, needed some refining for sure, but he is constantly looking over his shoulder for the next mic or camera to catch him 'giving advice'. Let the guy coach. We want tough players, let Bo be tough!
